My name is Jeffrey Beck and I am a fitness and health professional. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of Utah. I currently work as an Exercise Therapist at an exceptional hospital in Salt Lake City, specifically with patients recovering from heart or lung surgery.
